Specificity :

Recognizes all known (currently four) isoforms of plasma membrane PMCA ATPase. Recognizes an epitope between aa 724-783 of human PMCA ATPase.

Buffer :

Liquid. Ascites diluted in PBS containing 0.05% sodium azide.

Uses :

Detects a band of ~140kDa by Western blot. Also detects bands at ~95kDa and ~180kDa which may represent aggregation and/or natural proteolytic products of PMCA ATPase.
