Uses :
Flow Cytometry: cell permeabilization required. Immunocytochemistry: Cytospin preparations. Immunoprecipitation: The C494 MAb can be used to immunoprecipitate P-glycoprotein from lysates of metabolically or surface radiolabelled cells.
