Product Description :
A potent and selective inhibitor of protein kinase C (IC50=3.4µM). Anti-viral and anti-retroviral actitity. Displays antineoplastic and antitumor actitities. Most activities require light activation. Induces apoptosis in neuroblastoma cells at 1µM or above (IC50=0.1µM at 29 mW/cm2 (tungsten light)). Inhibitition of other kinases (e.g. EGFR-PTK, CKII and MAP kinase). Bright red fluorescence emissino and photostability. Antidepressant.
