Product Description :
Anti-L-Selectin (CD62L) Antibody, clone MEL-14

Mouse
Background :
L-selectin (CD62L) expression improves immune surveillance by encoding CD4+ T cell blood and lymph node spreading. Increased expression of CD62L has been linked to increased stress and certain panic disorders. It has been shown that CD4+ cells expressing CD62L can prevent the onset of diabetes. Subjects with cryptococcosis have been shown to have more soluble CD62L in the serum. The inability to get rid of CD62L may enhance leukocyte-mediated end-organ injury in patients with sepsis.
