SV40 transformed mouse cells.

Specificity :

SV40 T antigen. Precipitates large T antigen and NVT antigen (when complexed) but not small t antigen (nor SV-80-specific smaller t antigen) from extracts of SV-80 cells and of SV-40 infected TC-7 cells. Recognizes denaturation-sensitive antigenic determinants unique to large T antigen. Does not bind gel-purified denatured large T antigen or mouse NVT antigen in RIA.
