Specificity :

Chromogranin A. The antibody has been extensively documented on immunohistochemical studies in deparaffinized methacarn fixed tissue, where it is a sensitive marker of neuroendocrine cells and tumors. Not recommended for formalin fixed tissues, see MAB5268 or CBL219. On western blots, it identifies the identical bands recognized by antibody LK2H10 (Wilson and Lloyd).
