Immunogen :

Purified human beta1 integrin preparation from HT1080 fibrosarcoma cell extract.

Specificity :

MAB2247 recognizes the human beta1 integrin. This antibody has been shown to recognize a ligand-induced binding site, with antibody binding increasing in the presence of a fibronectin ligand. This antibody also enhances alpha 5 - beta 1 fibronectin interactions. MAB2247 does not cross-react with mouse or rat samples.
