Specificity :

Recognizes the murine homolog of human CD11c; a 150/90kDa member of the β2 integrin family. In mice, CD11c is primarily expressed by dendritic cells. Clone N418 has been reported to enhance antigen specific responses when used to target dendritic cells in vivo (Metaly et al., 1990).
