Immunogen :
T cell enriched splenocytes from B10 mice
Specificity :
Recognizes the murine alphaM integrin chain, which exists as a heterodimer with the beta2 integrin (Springer, 1979; Springer, 1990). The antibody stains polymorphonuclear cells, monocytes and NK cells. Variable activity is reported with tissue macrophages. M1/70.15.1 blocks iC3b binding to its receptor (Beller, 1982).
