Synthetic peptide derived from the COOH terminal sequence (cytoplasmic domain) of the rat alpha1 integrin subunit (KIGFFKRPLKKKMEK) coupled to KLH.

Specificity :

Integrin alpha1. Specificity determined by immunoprecipitation from a detergent extract of 35S methionine labeled neuroblastoma cells. The epitope recognized is on the cytoplasmic domain of the protein and it is thus intracellular. No cross-reactivity to alpha2, alpha3, alpha4, alpha5, alpha6, or alphaV integrin subunits.
