Raised against a 12 amino acid sequence corresponding to the N-terminus of the human vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 [VEGFR3/FLT4].

Specificity :

AB1875 is specific for the N-terminus of VEGF Receptor 3 [FLT4] and, thus, it will recognize both the long and short forms of the receptor. Staining of formalin fixed paraffin embedded human tissue sections is predominantly localized in the cytoplasm.

Storage :

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 12 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. During shipment, small volumes of antibody will occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial. For antibodies with volumes of 200 μl or less, we recommend gently tapping the vial on a hard surface or briefly centrifuging the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container's cap.
