Anti-Adenosine A2b Receptor Antibody

Immunogen :

Amino acid sequence corresponding to the 2nd extracellular domain (16 amino acids) of the human brain A2bR gene (Pierce et al. 1992; Tucker & Linden 1993).

Specificity :

Adenosine A2b receptor. Recognizes a band of approximately 50-52 kDa in several rat, mouse and human tissues (thymus, placenta, colon and small intestine). The antibody also recognizes the 35 kDa band in small intestine. Does not recognize the native receptors. No bands were detected in skeletal muscle or heart. The antibody will not recognize native protein in immunoprecipitation experiments.
