Storage :

Reconstitute in 50 ul dH 2 O to yield a final concentration of 2 mg/ml. Further dilute in 20 mM TBS, pH 7.4, 10 mM CaCl 2 , and 1% BSA. Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C) for long-term storage or add 0.1% sodium azide and refrigerate (4°C) for short-term storage (6 months). Avoid freeze/thaw cycles of solution. TBS is recommended as PBS causes precipitation.
