Use 1:10 in Blotto-Tween (PBS, 5% dry milk, 0.2% Tween) for Westerns or 1:1 in PBT (PBS, 0.3% Triton-X-100, and 0.5% BSA) for ovary staining. (Xue and Cooley, 1993). This antibody doesn't appear to work for immunoprecipitation. No immunoreactivity in mutant fly.
