wash: Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein. Wash polymerizes branched actin through activation of the Arp2/3 complex, as well as bundles and/or crosslinks actin and microtubules. P4C9 gives additional bands and doesn't appear to work as well as P3H3 (a different anti-Wash clone in the DSHB collection) for western blotting.
