Depositor Notes (Special Instructions) :
P4C10 inhibits endodermal cell and keratinocyte attachment to collagen type 1, fibronectin and laminin; also inhibits cell-cell adhesion. Fixation for immunostaining: formalin, 4% paraformaldehyde, acetone-methanol, ice-cold methanol. The epitope recognized by P4C10 is not trypsin sensitive. This antibody doesn't appear to work for western blotting as it recognizes the native protein.
