The immunization of the antibody was in 1986 and used AlK(SO4) precipitate of approximately 100 ml culture supernatant. The route of immunization was intraperitoneal and the adjuvant was 50% incomplete Freund's adjuvant (1st immunization), none (2nd immunization). The origin of the antibody came from J.
