Recombinant Human interleukin 3 receptor, alpha (low affinity) encoding the signal peptide and extracellular domain of human Interleukin 3 receptor alpha chain (aa 1-18) was expressed in modifiedhuman 293 cells. Itwas fused to the Fc region of human IgG1 (aa 93-330).IL-3Ra is constitutively expressed on hematopoietic progenitor (CD34+) cells and mediates their proliferation and differentiation. It is also found on monocytes, neutrophils, basophils, eosinophils, megakaryocyte and erythroid precursors, mast cells, macrophages, a subpopulation of CD5+B-lymphocytes and some endothelial cells.
