Transmembrane activator calcium modulator and cyclophilin ligand (CAML) interactor (TACI) is lymphocyte specific member of the tumor necrosis factor-receptor superfamily and is expressed in B-lymphocytes and may act to regulate humoral immunity. TACI also serves as a receptor for B-cell activating factor of the TNF family (BAFF) and as a proliferation-inducing ligand (APRIL).
