Recombinant Human chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 22 was expressed inE. Coli.Human Macrophage-Derived Chemokine (MDC) is a unique member of the CC chemokine family. Human MDC is highly expressed in macrophages and in monocyte-derived dendritic cells, but not in monocytes, natural killer cells, or several cell lines of epithelial, endothelial or fibroblast origin. This recombinant version is a peptide of 8.1 kDa that consists of 69 amino acid residues, which contains a glycine and proline at the N-terminus.
