Application Details :

PD-L1 antibody can be used for detection of PD-L1 by Western blot at 0.25 - 0.5 µg/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2 - 5 µg/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 5 µg/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples; Immunofluorescence in human samples and Flow Cytometry in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested.

Background :

Nuclear factor 1 C-type is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NFIC gene. It is mapped to 19p13.3. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the CTF/NF-I family. These are dimeric DNA-binding proteins, and function as cellular transcription factors and as replication factors for adenovirus DNA replication. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene.
