Western blot analysis of GAPDH expression in rat brain extract (lane 1), rat kidney extract (lane 2), mouse kidney extract (lane 3), HELA whole cell lysates (lane 4) and MCF-7 whole cell lysates(lane 5). Western blot analysis of GAPDH expression in (1) Jurkat cell lysate; (2) A375 cell lysate; (3) Human hippocampus lysate; (4) Human fetal liver lysate; (5) COS-1 cell lysate; (6) Raw2647 cell lysate; (7) Mouse kidney lysate; (8) PC-12 cell lysate; (9) Rat brain lysate with GAPDH Antibody (H00227). Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking gel) / 90V (Resolving gel) for 2-3 hours. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 50ug of sample under reducing conditions. Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human bladder cancer, using GAPDH Antibody(M00227-1). GAPDH was detected in paraffin-embedded tissue section. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in citrate buffer (pH6, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 mins. The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then incubated with 1ug/ml rabbit anti-GAPDH Antibody (M00227-1)overnight at 4℃. Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37℃. The tissue section was developed using Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC)(Catalog # SA1022) with DAB as the chromogen.
