WB: The detection limit for PLCB1 is approximately 0.1ng/lane under reducing conditions. Tested Species: In-house tested species with positive results. Other applications have not been tested. Optimal dilutions should be determined by end users.

E.coli-derived human PLCB1 recombinant protein (Position: V888-E1059). Human PLCB1 shares 99% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with both mouse and rat PLCB1.

Each vial contains 5mg BSA, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3.

Immunogen affinity purified.

Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.

At -20˚C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4˚C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20˚C for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

PLCB1 is also known as PLC-I, EIEE12 or PLC154. The protein encoded by this gene catalyzes the formation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate and diacylglycerol from phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate. This reaction uses calcium as a cofactor and plays an important role in the intracellular transduction of many extracellular signals. This gene is activated by two G-protein alpha subunits, alpha-q and alpha-11. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
