At 2μg/ml with the appropriate system to detect PCNA in cells and tissues.

At 0.4-1μg/ml to detect PCNA in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues. Boiling the sections may improve the staining.

At 0.4-1μg/ml to detect PCNA in formalin or acetone fixed tissues.

Protein A fusion protein.

Mouse ascites fluid, 1.2% sodium acetate, 2mg BSA, with 0.01mg NaN3 as preservative.

Ascites

1.2% sodium acetate or neutral PBS. If 1ml of PBS is used, the antibody concentration will be 100ug/ml.

At -20˚C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4˚C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20˚C for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Boster provides a series of assays reacted with primary antibodies. Antibody can be supported by chemiluminescence kit EK1001 in WB, supported by SA1021 in IHC(P), IHC(F) and ICC.

Proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) was originally identified by immunofluorescence as a nuclear protein whose appearance correlated with the proliferative state of the cell. PCNA/cyclin has been localized by in situ hybridization to the short arm of human chromosome 20 with a peak of grains over band 20p13. PCNA gene is present in single copy and has 6 exons. It spans 4,961 bp. Synthesis of the nuclear protein cyclin and DNA in quiescent mouse fibroblasts is coordinately induced by serum and purified growth factors. PCNA controls establishment of sister chromatid cohesion during S phase.
