Protocol :

Reconstitute broad spectrum Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail with 1ml water, then add it and lysis buffer in 1:100 to samples for protein extraction.

Application :

For inhibiting Protein tyrosine phosphatase, acidic and alkaline phosphatase; Serine/threonine phosphatase, acidic and alkaline phosphatase; PP1and PP2A.
