Protocol :

1. Mix detection reagents A&B at a 1:1 ratio at room temperature. Use 1ml working solution for 10cm2 of membrane. 2. Add working solution to the blot. And the working solution should throughly cover the membrane. 3. Incubate the blot for 1-5 minutes at room temperature. Note: The optimal incubation time can be estimated in the dark room. 4. Put a clear preservative film or transparent glass paper over the blot membrane, drive away the air bubbles. 5. Put a X-ray film over the blot membrane, exposure for 5 s to 1 min, then develop and fix the film immediately. 6. CCD detection: Put the blot membrane in the CCD and detect the chemiluminescence image according to the manufacturers’ instructions.
