Store at room temperature.

1. Pour a packet of powder (enough to prepare 1L WB Transfer Buffer) into clean beaker, add distilled water until it is up to 700 ml, mix to dissolve. 2. Add 200 ml dried methyl alcohol, mix totally. 3. Add 100 ml distilled water and mix. Note 1. WB Transfer Buffer is used in the process of transferring the protein sample to a membrane in Western Blotting. 2. The remaining WB Transfer Buffer can be stored at room temperature for two weeks.
