On the basis of Commassie Blue G-250 dye, SDS-PAGE Tricine Protein Loading Buffer is a kind of 2X concentrated solution, it contains SDS, Glycerol, Commassie Blue G-250 dye, Tris-HCL Loading buffer. It can be used in SDS－PAGE protein loading of the common polypeptide and small protein.

1. Mix sample with SDS-PAGE Tricine Protein Loading Buffer 2X at the ratio 1:1(i.e. add 1g sample to 1ml SDS-PAGE Tricine Protein Loading Buffer). Denaturize at 100˚C for 3-5 min. Then load and electrophorese. 2. Stop electrophoresis when Commassie Blue G-250 dye arrives at the bottom of gels. Notes 1. If SDS sediments appeared when balance SDS-PAGE Tricine protein Loading Buffer 2X to room temperature, try to melt it with warm water. 2. Please operate with gloves in fume hood.

Used in SDS－PAGE protein loading of the common polypeptide and small protein.
