Antifade Solution bases on high-purity Glycerin with anti-cancellation reagent, for the strong efficacy of antifade, it can be used in sealing tissue and cell sample slices in fluorescence related applications. After sealing, the samples can be stored at 4ºC or －20ºC in dark for 2-3 weeks. This product can prolong the fluorescence time and intensity maximally. Meanwhile, the other components of this solution can help sustain the combination of antigen and antibody.

1. Balance the solution to room temperature before use. 2. Remove the liquid on the slice, and dry in the air. 3. Add 20µl of Antifade Solution onto sample of the slice, or add proper volume into cell seed wells. 4. Cover sample with cover glass, make slice contact with the solution. Try to avoid bubble in this process. 5. Observe sample under microscope. Store the slice at 4ºC or at -20ºC in dark for 2 weeks, the fluorescence will not fade. Note 1. All fluorescence substances are easy to quenching, samples should be stored in dark after dyed. 2. Please wear gloves when operation.
