Store at room temperature for frequent use. Avoid light and multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Protocol :
1. In Western Blotting, after incubation of Primary or Secondary Antibodies, it is
recommended to add little prepared TBS Washing Buffer (enough to cover the
transferred protein membrane) .
2. Shake on the shaker slowly for 5 min.
3. Remove wash buffer, add new TBS washing buffer (3 times, 5 min each).
Note
To avoid high background, it is recommended to lengthen washing time and increase washing times.
