Western Blotting Related Reagent

Store at room temperature in dark for frequent use.

1. Pour the powder (enough to prepare 200ml TBS Blocking Buffer) into a clean beaker. 2. Add distilled water up to 150ml and mix to dissolve. 3. Maintain the constant volume of the measuring cylinder 200 ml, mix thoroughly. Note 1. In Western Blotting, the transferred protein membrane should be washed with western was buffer (PBS) for 1-2 minute before adding prepared TBS blocking buffer. And then seal for 60 min. 2. For some antibodies with high background, it is recommended to seal at 4˚C for one night.
