Protocol :

POLY-L-LYSINE was diluted in 1:10 with distilled water, soak clean slide in this solution at room temperature for 5 minutes (Extend to 10 minutes in case of room temperature below 15˚C). And the container should be plastic, such as plastic section box, plastic bottle, etc. Get slide out, make it dried or baked at a place with no dust. Seal and store at 4˚C for half of a year. Above diluent solution can be used repeatedly. Generally speaking, each bottle of POLY-L-LYSINE can treat 100-200 slides. Store the above diluent solution at 4˚C, and it can be used within three months.
