Protocol :
APES was diluted in 1:50 with acetone, soak clean slide in this solution at room temperature for 30 seconds and air dry (The time is depending on room temperature, generally for 1-5 minutes). Wash slide 2-3 times with pure acetone. Make it dried or baked at a place with no dust. Seal and store at 4˚C for half of a year. Each diluent solution should be freshly prepared.
