This clone failed to immunoprecipitate BCAT1 from NTERA-2 lysates.This clone was tested for immunocytochemistry on NTERA-2 cells fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with either methanol or Triton X-100. Both methods resulted in dim staining of BCAT1. We therefore do not recommend the clone for this application.;
