Application Notes :

. This antibody is useful in immunoblotting. Higher dilutions may be applicable. A 1:100,000 dilution of this antibody was able to detect 10 ng purified GST protein by western blot. *Our Posi-Tag Control Protein (931301) can be used as a helpful positive control for this antibody. This antibody is effective for analyzing, characterizing and purifying fusion proteins containing the GST tag. It is extermely useful in experiments where a second tag is already in use where only a monoclonal antibody is available. . This product may contain other non-IgG subtypes.
