Application Notes :

This antibody is effective in immunoblotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF). *Predicted MW = 85 kD This antibody appears to react with epitopes on the 85 subunit (KIF3A) of kinesin II lying outside the conserved motor domain. It also blocks ciliogenesis in urchin eggs.
