This antibody was generated against a cytoskeletal preparation extracted from human ectocervical epithelium.

Application Notes :

This antibody is effective in immunoblotting, immunocytochemistry (ICC) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). *Predicted MW = 56.5 kD **when applied on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of human epidermis and using 30 minutes incubation at room temperature with the primary antibody. In Western blotting of cytoskeletal preparations from human epidermis, the antibody labels a single 56.5 kDa band corresponding to CK 10. In two-dimensional immunoblotting of cytoskeletal proteins from human skin, the antibody labels a single dot corresponding to CK 10. Cells labelled by the antibody display a cytoplasmic staining pattern.
