Application Notes :

This antibody is effective in immunoblotting, immunofluorescence (IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Predicted MW = 56 kD This antibody binds to the cytoplasmic surface of chicken 7 acetylcholine receptors between amino acid 365-384. Clone 319 binds to both native and denatured 7 subunits, but does not bind to 8.
