Application Notes :

CD204 is polymorphic and clone 7G5C33 may not react with all mouse strains. In house testing with this clone showed no reactivity to C57BL/6 mouse spleen samples.The predicted molecular weight of CD204 is 50 kD, the observed molecular weight when clone 7G5C33 is used for western blot is about 70 kD. This is likely due to glycosylation of CD204 at multiple sites.;
