Application Notes :

For immunohistochemistry use on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue (IHC-P), either antigen retrieval with Citrate Buffer, 10X (Cat. No. 422704) is recommended.For use in immunocytochemistry (ICC), it is recommended to fix/permeabilize with either of the following:;Fixation buffer (Cat.
