Synthetic peptide correspond¬ing to the N-terminus of histone H3 tri-methylated at Lysine 36.

Application Notes :

Clone Poly6089 is predicted to recognize both mouse and rat histone H3 tri-methylated at Lysine 36 due to complete sequence homology between the immunizing peptide and the mouse homolog. This clone displayed poor sensitivity when tested for western blot. We therefore do not recommend the clone for this application.
