Immunogen :

Synthetic peptide correspond¬ing to the N-terminus of histone H3 tri-methylated at Lysine 4.

Application Notes :

Clone Poly6088 is predicted to recognize both mouse and rat histone H3 tri-methylated at Lysine 4 due to complete sequence homology between the immunizing peptide and each murine homolog. It has displayed poor sensitivity when tested for western blot. We therefore do not recommend the clone for this application.
