For ICC, we recommend fixation with MeOH. Fixation in 4% PFA followed by permeabilization with MeOH, and fixation in 4% PFA followed by permeabilization with 0.5% Triton X-100 were both tested but produced weak staining.This clone is not recommended for IHC-P. Testing was conducted using formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human testis but only a faint signal was produced;
