Bioassay Protocol^1;Increasing concentrations of hOsteopontin, along wtih 500 ng/ml of anti-CD3 antibody (OKT3), were used to coat a 96-well plate overnight.;Excess hOsteopontin and OKT3 were washed away with PBS before incubating purified human T cells at 2 X 10^5 cells per well.;The supernatant cell culture was collected after 24 - 48 hours of incubation and the concentration of IFN-γ was detected using BioLegend's Human IFN-γ ELISA MAX™ Deluxe (Cat No: 430104).;BioLegend carrier-free recombinant proteins provided in liquid format are shipped on blue-ice.
