Protocol - Whole Blood Lyse/No Wash Procedure:;Prepare 1X RBC Lysis/Fixation solution by diluting 1 part of BioLegend RBC Lysis/Fixation solution (Cat. No. 422401) with 9 parts room temperature deionized water.;Add 5 µL of the Myeloid Activation Analysis Cocktail to tube/well.;Add 45 µL of Cell Staining Buffer (Cat. No. 420201) or equivalent.;Mix in 50 µL of whole blood.;Incubate at room temperature, in the dark, for 20 minutes.;Add 0.45 mL of 1X RBC Lysis/Fixation solution, gently mixing each tube immediately.;Incubate at room temperature, in the dark, for 15 minutes.; Analyze samples by flow cytometry.;
