Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunoprecipitation 1 , immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen sections, and inhibition of TLR2-dependent cell activation in vitro and in vivo 1 . Inhibition of activation occurs by binding to an epitope in the TLR2 extracellular domain which interferes with signaling-receptor complex formation 1 . The LEAF or Ultra-LEAF purified antibody (Endotoxin 0.1 EU/ug, Azide-Free, 0.2 um filtered) is recommended for functional assays.
