Application Notes :

The RM134L antibody can block the costimulatory activity of OX40L. Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen sections 3 , and in vivo and in vitro blocking of OX-40L-OX-40 functional interaction 1,2,4 . The LEAF purified antibody (Endotoxin 0.1 EU/ug, Azide-Free, 0.2 um filtered) is recommended for functional assays (Cat. No. 108808).
