Human PBMCs were stained with Anti-Human CD3 SBUV445 ( MCA463SBUV445 ) only (Figure A) or with Anti-Human CD3 SBUV445 ( MCA463SBUV445 ) and Anti-Human CD186 SBUV795 ( TZA093SBUV795 ) (Figure B). Experiments were performed on PBMCs stimulated for nine days with IL-2, gated on live, single cell lymphocytes. Data were acquired on the ZE5 Cell Analyzer .
