Human Anti-Human IgG1 Antibody specificity titration ELISA . A microtiter plate was coated overnight with human IgG1 kappa control, human IgG1 lambda control, cynomologue monkey IgG, human IgG2 or human IgG4 at a concentration of 1 µg/ml. After washing and blocking with PBST + 5% BSA, detection was performed using biotin conjugated Human Anti-Human IgG1 Antibody, clone AbD27686pab (TZA043B) titrated to the given concentrations in PBST followed by HRP conjugated Neutravidin in HISPEC Assay Diluent ( BUF049A ) and QuantaBlu Fluorogenic Peroxidase Substrate. Data are shown as the mean of three measurements.
