Human Anti-Infliximab Antibody specificity titration ELISA . A microtiter plate was coated overnight with human TNF and infliximab at a concentration of 5 µg/ml. After washing and blocking with PBST + 5% BSA, infliximab/TNF complex was formed by addition of infliximab at 5 µg/ml in PBST. After washing with PBST, detection was performed using Human Anti-Infliximab (Drug/Target complex) Antibody, clone AbD18391ad ( TZA009 ) titrated to the given concentrations in PBST followed by an HRP conjugated Mouse Anti-His tag Antibody ( MCA5995P ) in HISPEC Assay Diluent ( BUF049A ) and QuantaBlu Fluorogenic Peroxidase Substrate. Data for infliximab/TNF (complex) are shown as the mean of three measurements.
